Glen March - Filmmaker/photographer

A Writer-Director and Photographer, Glen captures the human spirit. He uses words, black and white, and color to tell stories that blend emotions and visuals like threads of silk.

As a black creator from LA with both Jamaican and Southern roots, Glen has always been exposed to a rich set of backgrounds. Dissecting how those roots overlayed to create powerful narratives, is what he decided to make his life’s work. Co-founding March Crew Productions with his sister Caylin March, they have made it their mission to tell stories that both push the narrative and redefine how the industry looks. Empowering diverse creators in all aspects of their work, they strive to create films, tv shows, and other narratives, “for their generation by their generation.” It’s the flag they chose to carry and they’ll be damned if it’s not planted.

As a visual storyteller, Glen will tell you it starts with the intention. Starting by meeting with collaborators, to co-create a vision that is both as visually captivating as it is planned out. Some would say he takes planning beyond where it’s thought to be possible, others would say he reaches for the moon and attempts to pull it down.
